  As we were walking into the park with our dog to visit a grave, we were abruptly screamed at by an African American man that dogs weren't allowed and told that we had to leave right away. Their sign states otherwise, that they are allowed leashed; which he was and we carry a bag too. This man was extremely rude, vile, and mean. No explanation, just screaming and cruelly waving us away. I left very upset and without answers.
